Our school library is a vital resource for students and teachers, providing access to a wide range of print and digital materials, including books, magazines, newspapers, and online databases. Our School library has a professional librarian that is established as per the IB norms who can help students and teachers find and use the resources they need. In addition to offering access to information, school libraries can also serve as a hub for learning, with spaces for quiet study, group work, and research projects. Some school libraries also offer educational programming, such as book clubs, author visits, and workshops on research and digital literacy skills. School laboratories established with standards and safety requirements of IB are specialized facilities that provide our students with the opportunity to engage in hands-on, experiential learning activities. Laboratories will be equipped with a range of equipment and materials, depending on the subject being studied. For example, a science laboratory might have microscopes, beakers, and other equipment for conducting experiments, while an art laboratory might have paints, clay, and other materials for creating art. Meluha International School’s sport facilities are an important resource for students and teachers, providing opportunities for physical activity, teamwork, and competition. Our school offers a range of sport facilities, including a football pitch, cricket field, basketball, volleyball and badminton courts. We also have a chess club and offer other games such as table tennis and billiards. Our sports programs are supported by experienced coaching staff, including State selectors and coaches from the Indian Super League (ISL) in Hyderabad. Our coaches are dedicated to helping students develop their skills and achieve their full potential. In addition to promoting physical health and well-being, our sports programs also foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership skills. Our school’s residential program offers accommodation facilities for students who live on campus. Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, with three beds per room, attached restrooms, and ample storage space. Each room is equipped with a work desk, providing a dedicated space for study and homework. Our accommodation facilities are secure, with Residential Parents on staff to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. We also have 24×7 cameras in place and an advanced visitor tracking platform to ensure the security of our students. Our accommodation facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and supportive living environment for our students, helping them to feel at home away from home. Overall, our accommodation facilities are an integral part of our residential program and play a vital role in supporting student learning and success.
Our school’s dining facilities are designed to provide healthy and nutritious meals for our boarding and day students. We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, as well as a cafeteria with an in-house kitchen. Our menu is carefully planned and changes every month to reflect the overall student input through the student council. Our dining facilities are spacious and can accommodate up to 600 students at a time, with three dining areas available. We are committed to providing a variety of healthy and tasty options to meet the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our students. Our in-house kitchen uses fresh ingredients and follows strict food safety guidelines to ensure that our meals are of the highest quality. Overall, our dining facilities play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our students.
